LIFE

VULNERABILITY

MINDFULNESS

from Milwaukee. I'm an introverted extrovert, and a Restorative Practices Coach. I love to read, spend time in nature with family and friends, and am currently raising 3 teen sons with my husband of 20 years. My favorite thing is helping people of all ages better understand, and also embrace the complexities of living a human life! I'm so glad you're here!

hi, I'm molly...

we are a lot like nature when we get quiet enough.

trees are firmly rooted in the ground holding them steady while always reaching towards the openness of the sky.

the weather & the seasons are constantly changing around them, yet they remain rooted in strength & clarity.

they understand their inherent worth so they do not compare themselves to the tree standing next to them.
simply by being, they support one another.

i visualize a tree when I need to calm my nerves when trying something new, or i am feeling frustrated with the situation going on around me. it immediately grounds and centers me. i practice it in quiet moments as well making it easier to access during the tough ones.

try it……see what happens!

maybe you are searching among the branches for what only appears in the roots.
