where mindfulness meets spirtuality

About

Molly's approach honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from a deeply spiritual foundation, she creates sacred space for individuals and school communities to reconnect with their authentic selves through personalized, heart-centered coaching. Her work guides transformation from the inside out, cultivating mindfulness as a way of being that creates ripples extending to every relationship and community we touch.

"If you want to learn simple, actionable skills for emotional and social wellbeing, then let’s get to know each other!"

The truth is, we all have our own sh*^ to sort through. My job is to provide tools to simplify what it means to live life as a human being and to respond to situations in healthier ways. I do this for individuals, families, schools, and workplaces.

I used to be more reactive and judgmental (especially with myself). For me, everything changed when I dedicated myself to my wellness education and committed to practicing daily mindfulness. These are the methods that I pass on through my work here at Mindful Molly.

"I wasn’t always so clear-minded and emotionally balanced."

The Molly of the past was a Division 1 soccer player, a special education teacher, and a guide for families navigating the emergency room. The Molly of today is a mom of three, and a certified social emotional health and wellness practitioner. As for the Molly of the future? Well, anything is possible. But one thing is for sure — I will still be far from perfect. I will mess up (we all do!), and I will forgive myself when this happens.

"The truth is, we all have our own sh*^ to sort through..."
