Deconstructing Power – power as in the force that moves through you when you are fully, unapologetically yourself. Our Culture is one that values power over.
We are going to explore this as well as what power means to us, how it shows up in our lives, our relationships, our work, financially, where we lose it, and how to find our own power and embody it.
This will be explored with other women through sacred circles, solitude, time in nature, guided exercises and rituals. This is not a weekend of inspiration. It is a weekend of honest reckoning, the kind of quiet that lets you finally hear yourself.
There is a myth older than most of us know – a goddess who willingly descends into the underworld, is stripped of everything she carries, and rises changed. Her name is Inanna. Her story is yours.
This circle is for women who know the descent: who have walked through loss, transition, grief, illness, or simply the slow unraveling of who they thought they were. This circle is for women who are ready to meet that experience not as something to recover from, but as initiation.
We gather in small circle. We work with myth, somatic practice, meditation, and the kind of truth-telling that only happens when women feel genuinely held. We go down together. We come back up together.
For women ready to stop outrunning their own depths.
Something is shifting. The old definitions aren't holding, and the new ones haven't quite arrived. Most men are navigating that gap alone.
This circle is for men who no longer want to pretend that's fine. We gather in small group to ask the questions that don't get asked anywhere else — about identity, about strength, about how to show up for the people we love without losing ourselves in the process. No performance required. No right answers. Just men, in honest conversation, building something that's been missing for too long: real community with each other.
For men ready to stop going it alone.
